Missing transaction buttons

The Enter Edit Delete Attach buttons are no longer present on my Banking account registers. They are still present in the Investment account registers.

I just noticed this today.

    On second thought, it's possible these buttons were never present for banking accounts. If so, please disregard.

    The buttons should be present for banking accounts, but there are two ways in which they could disappear:

    1. If the "Action Buttons" check box in the Register Buttons list is de-selected
    2. If the register has become too wide for the window, they will be pushed off to the right. If this is the case, there will be a slider at the bottom of the register.
