Missing transaction buttons

Question

The Enter Edit Delete Attach buttons are no longer present on my Banking account registers.  They are still present in the Investment account registers.

I just noticed this today.

The buttons should be present for banking accounts, but there are two ways in which they could disappear:

* If the "Action Buttons" check box in the Register Buttons list is de-selected
* If the register has become too wide for the window, they will be pushed off to the right. If this is the case, there will be a slider at the bottom of the register.

On second thought, it's possible these buttons were never present for banking accounts.  If so, please disregard.
