Transfer from Checking Account Type to Credit Account Type Not "Sticking"

I am having strange problem with transfers between business accounts.

i) I have an ABC business checking account.

ii) I have an ABC business credit account.

iii) When I transfer funds from the ABC checking account to the ABC credit account the transfer initially appears in the ABC credit account.

iv) When I went to reconcile the account I noticed that:

a. The transfer no longer appears in the ABC credit account; and

b. The ABC checking account register entry has [Unspecified Account] rather than [ABC credit account] as the category.

To make matters worse, I had this problem with both companies that I track through QWin Business.

Would be great were someone able to shed some light on this for me.

    Are you syncing your Quicken data file to the cloud?
    And, if yes, are both ABC accounts selected to be synced?

    In response, yes (syncing through the cloud) , and yes (both accounts are selected).

    Do you actually use the Mobile app on your smartphone or the Quicken on the Web browser-based app?

    I would suggest that you turn off Sync for a while, to see if it's the Sync process which is messing with your data.
    And if it really is, you've got a call to Quicken Support to make.
