Daily Gain/Loss Discrepancy

Has anyone had an issue, albeit minor, where the Day Gain Loss in the upper right corner of the Portfolio screen does not equal the Day Gain/Loss total at the bottom of the security listings? Some days it's a few dollars, some days it's much more. The accounts balance and there are no uncategorized or back dated transactions. Most of my accounts don't have this issue but I don't see anything unusual for activity in the account that does.
