Tangerine Mastercard recently only downloading transactions for one card on the account

I have been using Quicken Classic for Mac (Canada) for years and over the last year or so have had trouble keeping my Tangerine Mastercard account properly reconciled. Although I had not changed anything related to my connectivity, I finally noticed that when I logged in under my Tangerine account, I was only getting my credit card's transactions downloaded instead all transactions from both cards on the account.

Would this be a Tangerine or a Quicken issue?
