Citi bank Reauthorizing

I have several Citibank credit cards that are also setup in Bills & Income for eBills and Bank Bill Pay. Is there anyone having trouble with reauthorizing Quicken with Citibank. My regular production program and my Beta program end up conflicting with each other in as much as when I reauthorize Quicken Beta with Citibank, it negates the previous reauthorization for my Quicken Premier production program. The situation is extremely inconvenient, having to continually reauthorize each program to download transactions. I have solved the problem with an unsavory solution by setting the Quicken Premier Beta program to Direct Connect which does not require reauthorization but then I cannot set up eBills in Bills & Income nor use the Bank Bill Pay feature in these Beta test program.
Anyone else experiencing this problem. I have submitted the issue to the "Report a problem" in the Help menu but have not heard anything.
