Fidelity not syncing for Quicken on Windows

Hey everyone! I assume this is a common question, but I haven't been able to find any answers on this forum yet. When I update my accounts regularly on Quicken Classic for Windows, the accounts appear to update correctly. However, the individual transaction data for my Fidelity Roth and HSA accounts haven't been updated since 11/30, despite many updates since then. Has anyone else been experiencing this/know how to fix it?
