Incorrect bond shares

Quicken Mac Deluxe- Schwab account bond downloads 10x actual shares to quicken. Of course can not edit share # in downloaded securities. Schwab on line and civ downloads show correct shares. This is a third party managed account held in Schwab

This occurs in only one account. Note others have had similar issues
