My toolbar has been changing on its own

I've seen this happen twice now in R54.9. One of my toolbar icons (Lifetime Planner, which I use) disappeared and was replaced by another icon (Calculator, which I never use) one time. Another time it just disappeared and was not replaced.
In all my decades of using Quicken, I've never seen this happen until this week. Anyone else?
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
