Wells Fargo not downloading since 1/24/24

Although the tool One Step Update, says it connected and completed Wells Fargo, but shows 0 transactions. I tried reactivating in the account list for my 3 accounts, but this has not solved the problem. Help!! This is a very big troubling problem. Do I have to stop using Quicken Classic?

    Did this issue begin to occur after a recent update? To clarify, this is occurring with all of your accounts at Wells Fargo? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with Wells Fargo? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
