Why same category goes into two different places under Tax Schedule A?

I coded my husbands insurance payment and it creates a separate section in Schedule A.

I did the same for mine, but it goes into the general medical, doctor, dentist section. I have not been able to figure out why?

    Show us screen captures of both Categories with their corresponding Tax Line Items. Hide any personal info you can't share.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
