Account Reconciliation Popping After Accepting Downloaded Transactions

After the last update, account reconciliation launches after accepting downloaded transactions. I looked for a way to turn this off, thinking it was a new feature. Any suggestions?

    Looks like reconcile to online balance has been turned on. Do Ctrl+R to bring up the reconcile window and select "paper" vs "online".
