Is anyone else experiencing One Step Update not working?

The process starts but no institutions update even though screen that shows update complete appears.

Yes, [Removed - Speculation]… 3 weeks and I still cannot update accounts

@D.W. Be specific. What's happening? Because OSU worked perfectly for me this morning.

I am not experiencing any issues with One Step Update.
