Marcus - Quicken Sync Issue

I've been successfully syncing with Marcus until about a week ago. I was just informed by a Marcus chat person this information: "I'm sorry, but we do not currently offer the ability to link your Marcus deposit account to external services that aggregate transactions.".

When I told them that several people have been syncing longer have that same issue they stated they would forward the information.

I told them that I would remove all money and they could forward that up the chain.

So now we have 2- companies that have absolutely no mechanism to communicate with each other to resolve our issue given the time this 'outage' has been going on.
