Cost basis not adding up

In Portfolio view, why is the total cost basis not adding up to the guesstimated value (that I entered) for shares purchased before 3/24/22 plus the cost of the shares tracked by Quicken since then? The total shows as only the guesstimated amount I entered for the shares before 3/24/22. I'm seeing this for all my investments.
