Cannot open Quicken with VPN Active

This just began in the last week. I cannot open Quicken with my VPN active even though I am using split tunnel and have excluded qw.exe in the split tunnel application. Very frustrating. Anyone else having this problem?

    @JDT I use a VPN with Quicken without a split tunnel and it works just fine. I tried using Quicken with a split tunnel and it didn't work. Have you tried using Quicken without the split tunnel?
