Quicken Changes the Name of my Custom Report

In Quicken Classic Premier for Mac, I created a Transaction report that I titled "Household Supplies.” The report provides all of the correct data. I saved the report and quit Quicken. Upon reopening Quicken, I noticed the report title was changed to "Household Supplies (Moved)". The Quicken application renamed the report. I changed the name back to my original name, saved and quit the application. When I reopened the application, Quicken had again changed the name to "Household Supplies (Moved)". I deleted the report and recreated it from scratch—the same scenario repeated itself. Why is Quicken changing the name of my report?
