One Step Update for Express Web Connect and Connect+ accounts is not working

When I run One Step Update it reports "One Step Update Complete" but only lists my Direct Connect accounts in the window below. All of my Express Web Connect and Connect+ accounts are not being updated. I believe the problem began on or about 2/12/2023.

Well, I figured it out but now there is another problem. Somewhere in the back of my mind I recall having signed-out of Quicken and signed-back-in. Now most everything is working but now it is tell me my Ally Bank accounts have been deleted. Okay, more troubleshooting to do.😫

I do not see all of my express web connect accounts listed in the one step update summary page. Problem for a while and quicken tech support will not fix it.

@gwasserm go to your Account List. Check your connection methods under "Transaction Download" and last download date and time under "Last Download". Which ones are having issues? Are they all EWC or EWC+? Do all or any show an old update date and time? If I think is what is going on, it's an easy fix.

I'm getting a message "Quicken's on line service is unavailable at this time. please wait 10 minutes and try again." I waited longer than 10 minutes day before and always got the same message. I tried again this morning, same message. What is going on?😫
