Ally Bank Connectivity Solutions?

A lot of people have posted requests for help in fixing connectivity (downloads and account setup, specifically). The posts (even very recent ones) are all "closed" with the directive to contact Customer Support.

Has anyone out there been successful in getting Ally Bank to work after being helped by Customer Support? I'd rather not go through that process if the odds of success seem slim to none.

    I am not having, and never had, any issues connecting/downloading transactions from Ally Bank. If the process worked in the past, I'd try restoring a known-good backup data file. The next troubleshooting steps would be to Reset the account, or deactivate and reactivate the account. Failing that, try logging off of Quicken and logging back on.

    Failing all that, Quicken Support might be your next stop.
