Unusual Transaction - How to Correct Basis in Quicken?

In December, 2023 I received a non-dividend distribution from a company whose stock I have held for over 30 years. The distribution was unusual in that it exceeded my basis in the investment. Therefore, I have a gain on the transaction, and my basis becomes Zero. I entered the non-dividend distribution transaction on Quicken, which seemed to be handled correctly - except that Quicken now shows a negative basis for the stock (and the negative basis number matches the amount of the gain). I had thought that Quicken would not reduce a basis to less than Zero. Is there any way to adjust the basis in Quicken to Zero? And by doing so, also reflect the gain resulting from this transaction without affecting cash, which is already correct?
