How do I revive and update file that was last downloaded 4/10/2022?

I recently wanted to get back to using my Quicken program and current file rather than start a whole new file from Scratch. Last download was 4/10/2022 and i'm not sure the best way to bring my file current. Any suggestions? Quicken Classic Premier Windows 10
