Importing Business Transactions into Quicken Home and Business

Is there a tutorial for this somewhere? I have a couple of years of sales from PayPal (downloads as CSV) that I need to import. Entering sales is a two step process, create invoice and then accept payment. Not sure how to import this and have it recorded in Quicken properly. Thank you.
