Problems updating multiple accounts at same institution

I have reactivated PNC bank and credit card account multiple times. The credit card account will not update. I have reactivated Etrade for 3 accounts. 2 work okay, 1 will not update or when it does the dividends are recorded as deposits. If I download directly from Etrade, it usually works correctly. None of this was a problem before the updates.
