Quicken changes data in multiple accounts every time I open it after synching with quicken cloud

Every time I open quicken after synching with the quicken cloud my data is changes in multiple accounts

We do not link into any outside accounts for reconciliation

In a payroll with a memorized account I deleted the memorized transaction and it deleted all the payroll for 2 years

In our main checking account it reconciles future and unreconciled transactions

The constant sheer number if daily errors has rendered this program unusable for actually keeping track of any account balances, as they change every day when we open quicken
