I have several Mutual Fund Securities in my Security List that I use accross 6 different Investment Accounts.

When I try a "New Transaction" Buy Shares or Add shares, not all the Securities in Security Name drop down are available. I use the option to Add a new security; however I recieve an error message stating that the Security is already in my Security List, but the drop down does not refresh and I still cannot add the Security.

I only have Mutual Funds and Market indexes in my security list. The securities in the Transaction drop down appear to be filtered based on the Account Type.

Are you sure the securities are not marked as Hidden in the Security List?

Also make sure the Security type is not "Market Index". That type is reserved for actual indexes like the S&P 500 and should not be used for index funds or ETFs.

I have confirmed they are not marked as Hidden. The mutual fund securities all have security type: Mutual Fund
