Fix Quicken for Windows Behavior with Multiple Monitors

Quicken does not work properly when you have multiple monitors and you disconnect the second monitor. The problem is described in this post: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-missing-window-after-using-multiple-monitors

While that post has a workaround, it would be great if this issue could be fixed, as mature programs normally do not have this problem.

    Yes. This must be fixed. I was working remotely and needed quicken. I could not get it open because the only solution is to reconnect with the disconnect monitor. In my case, the disconnected monitor was on the other side of town.
