Missing Transactions

Hello, recently Quicken stopped downloading all transactions for my banking and credit card accounts, mostly Chase and American Express. Only partial transactions are downloaded. Anyone know what might be causing this issue?
This seems to particularly occur with transactions that repeat with the same amount. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem with Chase transactions. All of my missing transactions are from the exact same handful of merchants. It's almost like Quicken has decided to block certain merchants' transactions over & over again.

Having the same problem with TD Bank, Discover, and now Capital One.

Checking back in. Looks like the issue for me started occurring, at the earliest, sometime after January 26th. Everything Chase is affected - checking accounts and credit card accounts, as well as American Express.
Citibank appears ok (so far).
