How To Automatic Setup Social Security Payments

My Social Security payment is automatically posted to my bank account. How do I set that up in Quicken. The problem is the deposit is made on the third Wednesday of the month. Quicken doesn't have seem to have a way to schedule that.

Any suggestion on how to do this would be appreciated.

    if you change the 19th to the 3rd, you can choose Wednesday rather than Day
