Account sync stopped working

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
Account sync with my bank has worked fine for years. Starting Feb 2024 transactions do not sync. There are no errors, and Quicken display says update completed successfully, but no new transactions are downloaded. I tried changing my bank password now and Quicken still says it updated successfully, when that cannot be the case because Quicken does not have the new password. It does not prompt me for a new password.
Using Quicken Mac 7.5.2
