Reconciliation cleared balance is not zero; no transactions yet cleared

Resurrecting an old topic as this just happened to me yesterday first time. I had been reconciling old statements repeatedly with no issue. All of a sudden the next reconciliation effort showed a cleared balance with NO CLEARED transactions. However, quicken thinks there is a cleared balance, which happens to be the account balance in quicken on the beginning date of statement. This is NOT the same as previous statement balance for a credit card; it might be previous statement for a bank account but not for credit card. please fix this bug.
