When I click on the Quicken icon in the taskbar, to open it or to close it, it flits across the bottom right corner of the screen. I have an 8 second video I tried to post with this question, but I'm not allowed to include that link cause I'm a newb. So I managed to get a screenshot from the video of it halfway across the bottom right corner of the screen after I clicked the Quicken taskbar icon. This is all it does when you click to open or close it. It never opens. I also have the Quicken icon on the left side of my desktop. When I click that icon, nothing at all happens.
I deleted the Quicken software and reloaded it — No change. My PC is Windows 11, less than a year old. I also have the same Quicken software on my almost new Windows 11 laptop, and it works just fine on the laptop.
What should I do to get it to behave properly on my PC? Thank you for any input!
