Bank of America register transactions not matching or clearing when updating

I think this might be related to a recent announcement around deactivating and reactivating accounts. I did this over the weekend with BofA to try and resolve an issue and am now using Quicken Connect vs. Direct Connect. When I update this account, there are transactions in my register I have recorded that are not matching and showing cleared when I update the account. Some do, some don't. I can manually clear them and mark as reviewed, but not ideal.
Any feedback?
