    When I select Backkup, I get this popup "Unable to access the disk in drive C:. Please make sure the drive is ready and the disk in not write-protected. If backing up to a CD. male sure the disk is not full. Do you want to try again?" Then next pop up is "File NOT backed up." I've been using Quicken for many years, backing up always fine. Can you help with this?

    A little more about your situation ?
    and your "C" drive ?

    Are the auto backups working ok ?

    If you click — File —
    what does the very bottom of the screen show for the checkmarked file listed - are they on the "C" drive ?
