One step update doesn't list all instituitions

I added 2 more accounts but they are not showing up in the one step update and they are not downloading any transactions and I know there have been some. TD Bank and BOA credit card.

    @dka sometimes when you add new accounts to Quicken, they don't automatically show up on the OSU. Do an OSU, if it automatically runs without showing setting first, let it finish. Do another OSU right after the first one finishes, and it should take you to settings. You should see a list of your FIs. Double check that the new accounts are selected.

    Are these new Quicken accounts at new (to Quicken) Financial Institutions -
    or just additional Quicken accounts at existing Quicken Financial Institutions.

    Are the accounts actually setup for Quicken online access and downloading ?
