Wells Fargo and Amex not reconnecting after making copy of file

    upon trying to re-establish online services for amex and WF accounts on the template, immediately errors out after credentials entered. "encountered a problem. not your fault". says the credentials are invalid. credentials work on both websites. switched back to main data file (from which the template came) one step update works fine with amex and wf accounts.

    for those keeping score at home - I started a new data file altogether, the amex update works. What's different is that upon initial account setup I have to authenticate via browser, this step is omitted when setting up the online services for the newly created template on the old file.

    re-establishing online services via tools>add account prompts for authentication. while right-clicking> edit account via account bar does not.
