Issues Connecting to Greater Texas Federal Credit Union
I searched the forum and saw that another Quicken Classic User had the same issue, but as far as I can tell, no resolution was published. I am a brand new Quicken User, and I am trying to add Greater Texas Credit Union to my accounts to track the money I have there. I cannot add GTCU (It's actually called Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, FYI). I get the same error others have reported. It looks like it connects then quickly disconnects (I can't get a screenshot of that), then I get the "It's not your fault" error and it gives me the options to try again, enter manually, etc. I have gone into advanced options and made sure Web Connect was selected, and I tried with Direct Connect as well. Is there anything else I should be doing?

1 - Can you log into the Credit Union online website with the same credentials ?
