Quicken Menu Bar is Missing
Can't get it back, it is the Menu bar not the task bar, just disappeared and I can't navigate around including being able to backup, minimize, maximize, etc.

To determine what the problem is please show us what the top portion of your Quicken window looks like.
How do I post a screenshot in the community from windows1 -
I have the same problem. Here is a screen shot. It opens on Bills, Income & Transfers, but once I go to accounts there is not way to get back to Bills, Income & Transfers. Used to have a menu bar as shown above that cannot be found anywhere. Instead there is a tool bar displayed below, but in customization adding Bills, Income & Transfers is not an option.

Sounds like you want the "Classic" menus. Choose that in the main View menu. I don't know why they recommend the small "Standard" menus, which only show a subset of the available commands.
You can add Bills & Income to the Tool Bar. The item to add is called "Manage Bill & Income Reminders". Its default label is "Scheduled", as "Reminders" used to be called "Scheduled Transactions".
EDIT: Actually, @QuickUserPSP has it right below. I was looking at a different toolbar item.

@Laura_57 it is there as an option but to get it you need to check "Show all toolbar choices" -
I have it on my tool bar
The other thing to do is to check "Use Classic Menus" in Edit→Preferences→Navigation
This will give you a more detailed Menu Bar -
I guess I am one of the few Quicken users that does not like the "Tab View"

@QuickUserPSP I don't like the Tabs view either and never use it. The interesting thing is that editing the Tabs To Show list also changes the main menu. With Tabs disabled, I can de-select the Mobile & Web tab and that main menu item goes away.

@Rocket J Squirrel I tried adding the Tabs back, but it looked so out of place. No matter what color I chose, it seemed harsh a stuck out like a sore thumb.
