transactions disappearing from Quicken

I am having transactions disappear from the register in Quicken. These are usually transactions I manually enter which then disappear when matching transactions are downloaded during OneStepUpdate. I have also had manually entered transactions dissapear without a one-step update. Also the quicken app….does not meet expectations in the 2024 world, feels like it is still living in 2010 with update times and transactions that don't sync.

    @mikealff - It sounds like you are using the mobile or web app. The next time you enter a manual transaction, or a group of manual transactions, do a sync right after. I have found that by doing this, it prevents the transactions from disappearing. I am not sure why this is happening. But I think it has something to do with the way the manual transactions are being enterred.
