A tag is not showing up in budget reports

I created a Business Salary tag for when I transfer money from my business checking account to my personal checking account. But the transactions do not show up in my spending reports. I've tried to do it as an Itemized Tags report and as a regular spending report. The tag doesn't even show up as a tag column in the Itemized Tags report.

Is this because they are transfers instead of regular expenses? I thought it might be but I can't find how to specify including transfers in my reports.

That would be because a transfer isn't "spending".

An income item increases your Net Worth. An Expense item decreases your Net Worth.

A transfer does neither. It merely moves money from one pocket to another.

The budget report shows Income and Expenses.
