can't add VGK (Vanguard European FTSE) to the security list?

i go to security list, add security - the blue screen comes up, i enter VGK and system just sits and spins and spins. qq

    yeah, thats what I expected to happen, just didn't. I am on the same release/OS - on my system the add security screen just spins and spins.

    I have no problem adding VGK. "Have you tried rebooting?"

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    yes, didn't help. tried again today and it worked.

    so weird - quicken was getting VGK transactions and posting them as VWO= now have to go fix that. thats all for the help…
