Connecting to Lending Club, Windows
I have been experiencing the CC 501 issue for several months. I started following a thread about it that was marked resolved on 2/14/24. I excitedly attempted only to find out that it was not, in fact, resolved for me. I have tried at least once a day since.
Quicken continues to take me all the way through the log in process, including the two-factor code entry, only to yield the same results. I spent a fair amount of time with a chat rep this evening, only to be told that there is nothing in the system related to the matter except for the bank name, but I have tried every Lending Club name that shows in the list. This is really strange since the error comes with the explanation that it is a Quicken server issue.
This is one of two issues I am having in Quicken with accounts that I have been managing with the software for literal years. I would really love some help that leads to a solution. And yes, I've seen and followed the "troubleshooting article" to no avail.

@ElanaElyce is this a Windows or a Mac issue? It sounds like a Windows issue, but you have posted your issue in a Mac Category.
