Latest version of Quicken Windows 54.16 will not accept Janus Password

This has been broken for about 4 years now. Will quicken ever fix this?
Quicken says max password is 8 which is wrong. Janus says MIN password is 10. Quicken will not allow 10+ character password.

This has been reported multiple times in this forum and the issue is always just closed with no resolution. FIX THIS

That error message indicates the information being provided to Quicken by Janus is incorrect. If you are comfortable reviewing log files, you can check to see if that is the case by going to Help>Contact Support>Log Files, then select OFX Log. In that log, you would want to search <signoninfo>. The results would be similar to the sample image below, depending on what your computer's default text viewer is.

You would look for the one that shows Janus in the FI Name and confirm the max number of characters it permits. If it shows 8, then that would mean the problem is on Janus' server and you would need to contact them.
