Top of Quicken screen changed. - no "tabs" (edit)

I have Quicken Classic Premier. I no longer have a budget tab, Manual Billing Tab, no refresh tab, etc. What happened?

    Try pressing View > Show Tabs

    Does that fix the issue?

    Note that View → Show tabs is only available if you have selected View → Classic Menus

    For the case where the tabs are missing and you are using View → Standard Menus there are a couple of possible reasons.

    First off F11 will hide a lot to give you the most space for the main section you are viewing. You can press F11 to toggle between these.

    If that isn't the problem, then look at this icon:

    With it pointing up like this it will be showing the tabs and the tool bar. If it is down, it will be hiding them. Click it to toggle between the two.
