CC-501 error when trying to connect to Summit FCU

I am using Quicken Classic on Windows 10.

When I try to connect to my credit Union (Summit FCU) various accounts, I get this error. On the screen to add/connect to the site from Quicken, the link shows www.summitfcu.org.

If I click on it to manually connect, it actually uses www.summitfcu.org/index.html. This page does not exist hence the problem Quicken has to connect to this credit union.

Please correct the email address to only be www.summitfcu.org.

Your FCU provided that info to Q/Intuit. Tell the FCU about the problem, because the FCU needs to provide correct info to Q/Intuit.
