In support chat: add audiblle notification when agent has responded

I spent a lot of time today in chat. The agent eventually resolved my problem, very helpfully. But the agent was helping other customers, and the response time was understandably slow. I have other things to do rather than staring at the screen waiting for the agent's response. A simple solution would be to have an audible signal when the agent has responded. Other companies have this very helpful feature in their chat support programs. With them, I can turn away from the screen and even leave the room briefly, staying within earshot.

There doesn't seem to be a good place to put this suggestion, so I have another one: add a place for suggestions to improve chat support!
