Download transactions have wrong year - 1924 instead of 2024

I am a returning user to Quicken but it looks like I may be leaving again. Downloaded my Quicken Classic. Discovered again that Coastal Credit Union doesn't work well with Quicken regarding auto downloads.
I went online to Coastal and established my search range for 2023 transactions. Coastal gives us two options for downloading - Comma separated or Quicken. I chose Quicken and the QIF file downloaded. I imported it and all the expected transactions with the correct year - 2023 - were in the account. I had to leave Q alone for a while because of other distractions. I came back to it last week.
I set my search on Coastal to 2/1/2024 through 2/29/2024 and chose a Quicken download. I went to Quicken and imported the file. Everything seemed OK but when I went to look at the transactions, they were not there. Tried again. Still not there.
Then I scrolled down to the end of the account and found all my missing transactions, now multiples, with dates 2/1/1924 through 2/29/1924.
I have repeated this failure multiple times. I have tried a smaller set. Same result. I downloaded comma separated and the year is correct. Help appreciated before vent my frustration on social media. I have also requested help from Coastal but I am still fighting to get by being treated like a first grader who doesn't know where their seat is.
BTW, get same result whether I click on the downloaded file in the file explorer or use the Quicken menu to do the import.

Help is appreciated.

Quicken is latest level, Windows 11 at latest level.

Does your QIF file actually use the 4-digit year 2024? Or are you seeing dates like 2/1/24?

QIF had a Y2K problem when 2-digit years were used. To denote the 21st century, it uses apostrophe instead of slash preceding the year, e.g., 2/1'24. So it's possible you are getting an incorrectly formatted QIF file.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

two download options - CSV or QUICKEN ?

and the "Quicken" selection downloads QIF and not a normal Quicken QFX file ?

what is the EXACT name of the Quicken entry for your credit union -
    Is this it ?
If so - why are you not using One Step Update and the Express Web Connect online downloading protocol ?

    Thanks for responses.

On Coastal and in comma delimited download and in Quicken transactions all years are 4 digits. Just wrong year starting a week ago for me.

    Quicknperlwiz didn't change the situation.

Initially I had trouble getting auto update to work. I have it working now so this problem is moot. Thanks for comments.
