Adding One Step Update to an existing account

When I try to add One Step Update to an existing account, that is in balance with the financial institution, it tries to download all transactions for the last 700+ days and the balance for the account in Quicken is changed without me accepting any of the transactions in the update file.

All I want to do is add the One Step Update capability to the existing account going forward.

Any thoughts ?
