RSU Grant Window Has Over-Engineered Vesting Date Validation

I find the RSU Grant transaction window to be a bit over-engineered on its validation rules on the Vesting Date.

It makes sense to prevent a user from entering a Vesting Date that is earlier than the Grant Date, but that doesn't mean "Vesting date must be later than the grant date". In programming logic, "Not Earlier Than" does not equal to "Later Than". It is equivalent to "At OR Later Than".

In reality, I have a single RSU Grant, served as a bonus, vesting on the same day as the grant date. It happens and is normal.

Of course I can have a work-around by entering the next day as the Vesting Date, but still — it is inaccurate. As a finance software, accuracy is everything.

This seems like a miss on the product requirement.
