Billpay not viable - reduce subscription cost

I have been a user of your program since the Managing Your Money days. I have relied on it for budget, tax prep and paying Bills. You no longer have a viable Billpay capability. To RAISE the price of the subscription when the functionality of the program has been seriously degraded is wrong.
