Taskbar in Windows 11 disappeared. Could this be caused by Quicken?

Taskbar in Windows 11 disappeared. No apps showing on taskbar, black box where apps are suppose to be. Could this be a problem because I installed Quicken (web site subscription)? I had Quicken before and subscription ran out, having problem with taskbar disappearing, uninstalled Quicken, taskbar returned. Now I have signed up for new Quicken subscription yesterday, now no taskbar. Is Quicken causing this problem? Thank you for your help

I have not experienced that issue nor do I recall it being reported previously.

I suggest you try the following from a command prompt with elevated (admin) privileges:

sfc /scannow
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
