USAA Credit Card charges with category PENDING do not download - but the downloaded balance DOES
My USAA Visa download to Quicken rarely balances with my Quicken register. Turns out that when the category is pending at USAA ( not the charges, the catetory) that the transaction does not download. BUT the balance that downloads has been reduced by the amount of the charge. THUS my Quicken register reports that it cannot reconcile. Additionally any single transaction value that is not downloaded due to this may not exactly match the reconcile error value. I've found that when there is a pair of transactions that the pair total error will match the sum of the problem transactions, but the individual transactions do not.
